ASSIGNMENT
After the merger of Kronos and Ultimate Software, UKGs Head of Brand reached out to JPSE to design a sponsorship platform to activate their joint, robust ambassador roster and investments in the golf space.
SOLUTION
JPSE organized the newly combined budgets and contracts to form one holistic program. We identified and eliminated redundancies, created a communication calendar with key stakeholders and activated a plan with measurement guideposts.
We delivered a detailed playbook for an initial Sports & Entertainment marketing investment replete with recommendations, timelines, budgets, market price points and key contacts.
EXECUTION
UKG debuted during Covid-19 which required an amendment of the initial plan. We quickly moved to brainstorm new, safer ways for the activation plan to retain maximum value. In addition to limited, in-person activations, we developed virtual programming including company-wide fireside chats with talent, social media competitions for the public and employees, and Zoom viewing parties (e.g., The Masters) with live commentary from celebrity talent from Fred Couples. JPSE continues to create and manage UKG’s multi-pronged activation calendar orchestrating new ways to bring partnerships to life via custom content and social programming.
RESULTS
