Chief Executive Officer


Pete Falcone Owner CEO Founder

Pete is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JP Sports + Entertainment. Under his leadership, JPSE has designed and managed events at The Masters, U.S. Open Golf Championship, Ryder Cup, US Open Tennis, Kentucky Derby, Daytona 500, Oscars, Super Bowl, and numerous 5-Star, “Top 100” client entertainment experiences. In addition to JPSE’s substantial event management capabilities, Pete has developed Brand Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Product Launch functions to meet the needs of its growing client base.

Prior to establishing JPSE, Pete was President and CEO of All Access Sports and Event Marketing, a full-service national event management firm and Senior Vice President of Executive Sports International, a division of Jack Nicklaus’ company and one of the world’s foremost companies providing management and operational services within all areas of professional golf. He began his career with Mr. Nicklaus as the Director of Event Marketing at Golden Bear International (Nicklaus/Flick Golf Schools).

Throughout his career, Pete has provided counsel and expertise to prominent individuals, and leaders of corporate and non-profit organizations as they seek to leverage the opportunities of the sports and entertainment industry to build their brands and engage their clientele. He has led the management and marketing efforts for iconic individuals including Jack Nicklaus, Michael Jordan and Michael Douglas and provided consulting services and management/marketing expertise to global organizations such as American Express, iCapital, ICON International, Jordan Brand and UKG as well as NBC Golf, Kerzner International (Atlantis Resort), MGM Resorts International, and Warner Brothers Discovery.

Pete received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and is an enthusiastic lifelong golfer.

Vice President


Kevin Marsh VP Vice President

Kevin joined JPSE in 2010 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing primarily responsible for the management of amateur, celebrity, collegiate, corporate and professional events on behalf of JPSE clients. While with JPSE, he has served as Tournament Director for The Showdown hosted by Aaron Rodgers and Chris Paul, the Derek Jeter Celebrity Invitational, the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitational and the Maridoe Collegiate Invitational (NBC Golf Channel property) among many others.


Kevin joined JPSE from his position as Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach at Nova Southeastern University where he led his team to three NCAA Division II Women’s National Championships, was awarded Two National Coach of the Year Awards and was named to the school’s Hall of Fame, among other accolades. 


Kevin began his career as a Lead Golf Instructor at PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and pre-law from McDaniel College and is always ready to educate people on the joys of LSU football and fishing in South Florida.

Vice President


Dan Frystak VP Vice President

Dan joined JPSE in 2021 as Head of Client Service, advising our partners in the development of strategies to bring their brands to life through the unique power and reach of sports and entertainment. He leads the Consulting practice, lending experience and negotiating skills to build sponsorship and partnership opportunities between the JPSE clientele and countless partners. Overseeing the transformation of UKG’s Brand Ambassador Program and guiding Horizon Therapeutics’ inaugural partnership with the DPWT and the Irish Open are among his many accomplishments.


Prior to joining JPSE, Dan was with CDW for nearly 13 years, most recently as Head of Sports and Entertainment Partnerships. Dan led the development and management of CDW’s sponsorship portfolio including their partnership with the PGA TOUR.  Within this role, Dan was tasked with working with CDW’s technology partners to design and create partnerships within the sports, entertainment, and cause marketing space. He has developed and negotiated numerous partnerships with teams, leagues, athletes/entertainers, stadiums, and governing bodies throughout his career.


Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational and corporate communications from Northern Illinois University.  Dan is a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, a frequent guest speaker on sponsorships and client engagement at industry events, and volunteers as a Commissioner for Special Events in the Chicago suburb of Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Account Director


Summer Rose Account Director Hospitality Celebrities

Summer joined JPSE as Account Director in 2011 and is the lead on all hospitality programs at sports and entertainment events including The Masters, US Open Golf Championship, Ryder Cup, Super Bowl, ESPY’s, US Open Tennis among many others. Additionally, she oversees all Talent Relations, helping to secure the most appropriate and impactful speaking and entertainment partners for client events, leveraging JPSE’s relationships with more than 100 sought-after athletes, entertainers, and their representatives. 


Prior to joining JPSE, Summer was an on-air correspondent and associate producer for WBEC-TV covering local sports and entertainment features including the Miami Heat and Dolphins as well as local collegiate and high school teams, most notably the Florida/Texas football match-up of nationally ranked teams. 


Summer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida State University where she was a member of the Women’s Volleyball team and inducted into the FSU Athletic Ring of Honor. She enjoys an active outdoor Florida lifestyle and is involved in programming focused on positive youth development. 

Account Director


Sarah Adams Account Director Hospitality Horizon Irish Open

Sarah was welcomed back to JPSE as an Account Director in 2022, having served our clients as Director of Hospitality Services from 2012 to 2015. She oversees corporate consulting engagements including Horizon Therapeutics’ inaugural partnership with the DPWT and the Irish Open.


Sarah brings to bear her deep expertise in delivering bespoke luxury client experiences honed from her two decades of leadership roles in the event planning and marketing industry including working with the USGA and sponsorship representation, hospitality management, tournament operations and sales representation at the Memorial Tournament, NFL Alumni Charity Golf Classic, Nicklaus Cup Matches among many other notable corporate and charitable events. 


Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from The College of Wooster and is a Founder of The Giving Forward Project, a Denver-based giving circle creating significant impact in Colorado communities through collaboration with The Denver Foundation and local organizations.

Director of Sales & Marketing


Rob Nogueras Director of Sales and Marketing CMO

Rob joined JPSE in 2023 as Director of Sales & Marketing.


Prior to joining JPSE, Rob worked at SportBusiness as Business Development Manager and Senior Account Executive for their global markets. He was an Account Executive for Brooklyn Sports & Entertainnment, a Business Development Account Executive for the New Jersey Devils and an Account Coordinator at 16W Marketing. Through his professional career, Nogueras’ clients include numerous Fortune 500 companies, international agencies as well as the NFL, MLB, PGA TOUR, Pro Football Hall of Fame and Quest Diagnostics. 


Rob holds a bachelor of arts in American studies from Trinity College-Hartford and was an All- American and Team Captain for the Men’s Lacrosse team. He enjoys playing golf, spending time at Florida’s beaches and a good movie.

Chief of Staff


Dyan Bulyar Chief of Staff Assistant to CEO

Dyan joined the JPSE team in 2015 as Chief of Staff. In this role, she assists the CEO with key strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation and collaborates with the executive team to determine and prioritize business strategies. In addition, she oversees JPSE’s HR, legal, contract review and accounting functions. 


Prior to joining JPSE Bulyar owned and operated real estate and mortgage businesses as well as serving as Creative Director at Javita Worldwide and Business Development Manager at the Gold Coffee Company leading brand development and marketing.


Dyan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington and spent most of her professional career as an entrepreneur, opening and managing several successful small businesses, all while volunteering in leadership roles at the schools where her children attended. She currently holds a variety of professional licenses.
